With so much of my content distributed through social media platforms, what is the real purpose of this personal webpage? Since I don't want to write all my content twice (once for external media, and once for website), there seems to be little value in this site.

That is, unless, I make this an aggregator of my various media outlets. Which is what I plan to do - I just don't know the timeframe

Update: Now that married life has begun, I am in the process of phasing out this website entirely for the new, joint site: whiteandrice.com. Our hope is to maintain a blog of projects/food-endeavors/photography/whatever as a record of things that we enjoy. And who knows, maybe someone else will find it entertaining too.
